CHETNA’s virtual health camp

CHETNA (Childhood Enhancement Through Training and Action) is an NGO that works towards the upliftment of street children and makes efforts to bring out their concealed talents. The NGO has a mission to provide childhood empowerment through training and action, with a special focus on street connected children and especially girls, to ensure their rights, which is commendable. We would like to take a minute to thank the NGO for its devoted services to the society. In order to appreciate the selfless work done by the members of the NGO CHETNA, we organized a camp to provide free health services to its members and their families through our teleconsultation platform. The members of the NGO were very happy with the services and they appreciated our team for taking a wonderful initiative and making this camp a success (April, 2022)

Diabetes health camp

#

This was a door-to-door campaign, where our village coordinators did a first free diabetes test for the patients residing in a village to spread awareness among people about diabetes. A questionnaire was designed to keep a record of the health history of the patients and was filled by the coordinators prior to the test. The coordinators worked tirelessly and conducted a diabetes test, using a glucometer, on approximately 20-25 patients/day. Some patients who turned out to be diabetes positive, were asked to consult with the diabetologist to get the proper health assistance. Our patient app, MyHealth+, was installed on the mobile phones of the patients, which would help them to easily connect with the diabetologist or doctor of any other speciality, to cater to their health needs (July, 2022)

Old age home camp

#

The camp enabled the patients in old age homes to connect with the doctors online and in-person for free and get the best solution for their health issues. A good number of women engaged actively in this camp and got assistance for their health needs by qualified doctors. E-prescriptions were sent to patients’ mobile phones. All the women were very happy with the camp and were thankful to our team members for taking care of their health needs so well.

Online doctor consultation camp

This camp was conducted for the residents who could avail the teleconsultation services from the comfort of their homes. First time users who wanted assistance for their health needs had to download MyHealth+ (patient app) from Google Play Store, Sign up, Sign in using an active mobile number where they would see a card layout on the Dashboard with the discounted prices (as per camp offers) of the online doctor consultation. Post consultation an e-prescription was sent to the patients on their mobile phones via SMS and email. (November, 2022)
